How do I place an order?

What payment options do you offer?
This site is for Iveco employees only to purchase via a Purchase Order associated with a Contracted Account’s Promo Funds or a Function Cost Centre eg : Sales or Marketing.
I have received the wrong item.
If you are sent an incorrect item, please contact us at online@boostpromotions.co.nz and we will arrange a return courier label to be emailed through for you to return the incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional charge.
I have received a faulty item.
Our Quality Control team inspects every order to ensure that the products you receive meet our high-quality standards. However, if you do receive an order which is faulty, please call us within 30 days to arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns Policy.
Can I cancel my order after I have clicked “Submit”?
Orders may be cancelled by calling Boost Promotions 04 586 0028 or sending an email through to our team at online@boostpromotions.co.nz
If your order has already dispatched, freight charges are still payable, but product charges will be refunded if products are returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
As these garments are all custom made to order delivery is 2-3 weeks from receipt of your valid Purchase Order number.
Any custom branded garments (eg. With the addition of venue logos to the garments) have a 2 -3 week delivery timeline from the date of approval of the pre-production visuals.
How do I know if my order is on it’s way?
When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email which includes a tracking link to track your orders shipping progress.
Can I use a PO Box for delivery?
Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes using NZ Couriers.
How do I know if my order is successful?
As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email. On receipt of the purchase order number the status on the webstore will update to processing.
How do I return an item?
Your order number is required to return, refund or exchange an item. Items must be received in original condition, unsoiled, and unworn. Learn more about our Returns Policy.
Will I be refunded the freight charge?
Freight will not be refunded for goods returned, changed or re-ordered.
How will I be refunded?
Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
When will I receive my refund?
A refund for returned items can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
How is the freight for my order charged?
The freight for each order is charged to the selected cost centre in the order.
How much is shipping?
Freight cost varies based on volume and destination; however, goods will be sent by the most cost-effective means.
